Our approach

AI in the workflow.
People at the center.

A research process that starts with a decision, makes room for unexpected answers, and keeps findings connected to the evidence.

1. Frame the decision

Define what the team needs to decide and what is still uncertain. Establish the intended participant profile, the context of use, and the limits of the study.

2. Design the conversation

Select a method, write a guide, and prepare realistic prompts or tasks. AI can support a first draft, but questions need review for clarity, assumptions, and leading language.

3. Listen for context

Explore recent behavior and concrete examples. Follow the detail that explains an answer. In an AI-assisted session, monitor whether the agent can sustain that quality and give participants appropriate control.

4. Work through the evidence

Organize observations and excerpts, examine patterns, and check interpretations against the source. Look at disagreement and outliers as well as recurring themes.

5. Make the next step clear

Connect findings to the original decision. Describe practical implications, limitations, and questions that remain open. Research should make the next choice more informed.
